Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where several goods of one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, we make the reimbursement by bank transfer to an account you name to us; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Damaged or faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the statutory two-year guarantee, write to us with your order number and a photo or description before sending anything back. In those cases we cover the return shipping.
