One rate, everywhere

Shipping costs €9.50 per order with DHL. That amount does not change with the size of the order, its weight or the destination country, and nothing is added at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders received on a working day before 14:00 are usually packed the same day. Everything else leaves us within one to two working days. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you receive a DHL tracking link by e-mail.

Delivery times

Within the European Union, DHL usually delivers within a week of dispatch. Destinations outside the EU take longer and depend on customs clearance; two to three weeks is typical. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our price or the shipping rate and are payable by the recipient.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over. Please have the total amount ready; it is shown in your order confirmation and includes the €9.50 shipping. Cash on delivery is not available in every country. Where DHL cannot offer it for your address, we contact you before dispatch and agree on a way forward.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, note it with the courier if you can, and write to hello@primebalance.eu with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return.
