What does delivery cost?
A flat €9.50 with DHL, regardless of what you order or where it goes. There is no minimum order for free shipping and no surcharge that appears only at checkout.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier at handover, so nothing leaves your account before the goods are in front of you. We do not currently offer card payment or bank transfer.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide at the same rate. Cash on delivery is not available in every country, though. Where the carrier cannot accept it, we contact you before dispatch and agree on a way forward instead of sending a parcel nobody can hand over.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave us within one to two working days. Within the EU, DHL usually delivers within a week of dispatch; destinations outside the EU take longer and depend on customs clearance. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you receive a tracking link by e-mail.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The item should come back unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the goods arrived damaged or faulty. Then we cover it.
Is there a warranty?
All devices are covered by the statutory two-year legal guarantee. If a defect appears within that period, write to us with your order number and a description of the fault.
Can I change or cancel an order?
As long as the parcel has not been dispatched, yes. Write to us with the order number and we will change or cancel it. After dispatch, it becomes a return.
Are these medical devices?
No. They are devices for comfort and recovery. They can ease tension, support circulation and make a position more bearable, but they do not treat any condition. For persistent or severe complaints, please see a doctor instead of buying a massager.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, we sell online only. That is another reason the catalogue stays short and the descriptions stay long: the page has to do the work a shelf would otherwise do.
